What is the difference between monthly and one-off?
Monthly is a managed service. We build, host, maintain, and support your website for a fixed monthly fee. You use it, we run it. If you stop paying, we switch it off and bill the outstanding contract term. One-off is a traditional project. You pay once, we build it, and after a three-month handover period the website is yours to own and host however you choose.
What is included in the monthly price?
Everything. Design, development, hosting, SSL, maintenance, and ongoing support. You do not pay extra for hosting or updates. The site is yours to use and we keep it running, fast, and secure.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Small Business monthly plans have an 18-month minimum term. Bespoke monthly plans have a 36-month minimum term. After the minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days notice. One-off projects have no ongoing commitment once the three-month handover is complete.
Do I own the website?
With a one-off purchase, yes. After the three-month handover period, the website is fully yours. You own the code, the design, and every asset. With a monthly plan, you own all content, copy, and photography. The site is built and hosted on our infrastructure for the duration of your subscription.
What does five page designs mean?
Your plan includes five unique page designs. Typically a homepage, about page, services page, gallery or portfolio, and a contact page. Pages that share a template, like blog posts or legal pages, do not count towards this. If your project needs more unique layouts or complex functionality, we will scope that as a bespoke project.
How long does it take to build?
Managed sites are typically live within three to four weeks from sign-off on the design. Bespoke projects vary depending on scope, but we will give you a clear timeline before any work begins.
Do you work with businesses outside Leicester?
Yes. While we are based in Leicester, we work with businesses across the UK. Photography can be arranged wherever you are located.
