The Challenge
Meridian's existing site was built on a heavy CMS that scored 28 on PageSpeed. Bounce rates on mobile were above 60%, and direct bookings were declining year over year.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the entire experience as a static-first architecture with edge-cached dynamic booking. Every page loads in under a second. The photography-led design draws guests in, while the streamlined booking flow removes friction.
